There is no installer

It’s a weird file and the instructions are wrong. After downloading, extract the files to a folder on your desktop. Right click on ppt-sw15.001 and open it with Winrar. You will now see one file which is the ISO, extract it to your desktop and mount/install as usual.
I extracted the ISO, installed the game and both shortcuts do nothing. Please confirm that this release is workable.
Ah, found it! You need to manually apply cracked files.
