    @sephir_lucrecia Go in the file Wonder boy Asha in Monster World/MW4_Data/Plugins/x86_64 and open the steam_emu.ini with notepad.
    In this one you can change the username and language 😉
    Pour moi j’ai mis french 😉

    @ekdahl, @ sephir_lucrecia, the file is inside the ISO, open the ISO and go to CODEX/MW4_DATA/PLUGINS/86/64 , then copy all those files to the same folder where the game is installed, some of them will ask you to replace them, just do it and should be now in english.
