     we’re all weirdos , mate , just keep listening to your body , it will tell you waht you need .
     ALLOW yourself To sit still for a couple seconds
     and just ask yourself what you need to do , your higher self is always with you .
     not talking in some woowoo way , we know it’s a state of mind you can “get to” .
     you just have to Allow yourself To ask yourself , that’s the trick , not a hard one though .
     you ARE your higher self already , just playing a character , in your case a hard experience ,
     i know , but you can handle it or you wouldn’t have gone through it .
     all of us , are having experiences we don’t like , mine has been lasting for the last 37 years .
     some people just like to ”revel” IN the chaos , making it harder on ourselves .
