    Andy, you need a bit torrent downloader program installed to process / download the .tor file. I used Azurus or others. some are better than others. make sure you also use ( are behind) a Virtual Private Network ( VPN) to hide activity from your ISP. I use I.P.Vanish. but there are many others.
