     Download the dll file that is missing and copy it to windows/system. Hope this helps, helped to me.

   Game starts, go to black scrren then afer 20 sec exits with error, tried run as admin, same thing, anybody have solution, also tried Munich, same thing.

    Pera , I have a solution for you.

    You should stop being ignorant and read the instructions in nfo.
    You will see there written that people with low end GPUs have no luck.
