Game is really great, unfortunelly this version is complete RUSSIAN and modyfied steam.ini to english language won’t help..
I desperate found solution for this.. have earlier GOG version in english, 1.08 then I copy and replace ALL content files from this russian release (subfolder called “UDKGame)” to older english 1.08 + copy 2 exe batch files from this russian too (DX9 and DX11)
Finally game run from DX11, its updated to 1.1.0 and most important – is in english lang xD
