Is this game working for anyone else? It starts to load for me, but after 10 seconds or so, it just closes out of the game. I’ve tried all the usual tricks to get it working with VR, but nothing seems to be working for me.

Found out how to make it work, you have to add -steam to the command line and the game will then run perfectly fine.
Right click on TWD.exe in the folder and “create shortcut” then right click on that shortcut and add -steam at the end of the “Target” location. so it looks like this “D:\The.Walking.Dead.Saints.and.Sinners-ALI213\TWDSaintsAndSinners\TWD.exe -steam”

I just gave up on it and bought the game. too bad I couldn’t use these files to prevent from download it again… everything I read online didn’t work though… Steam is such a bitch when it comes to using external files. I never have problems doing this with other stores.

If youre download speed is low you can cpy the link (click Ctrl J while its downloading and add as HTTP to youre torrnet software

Create shortcut of the exe , click properties on exe, click on the first line. Add 1x spacebar and then type -steam
But for me its still german… so i have no voice sounds…
I tried setting steam to english but it didnt work…
Anyone know the regestry path for this one ?

yeah downloads fine, but when i try to open the game it loads up on vr black screen for around 10 seconds then shuts down, any help would be appreciated!

Game works and is in English. But it is very stuttery and laggy. I am playing on a quest hooked up with a link cable on an rtx 2070. Anyone else having these issues?

anyone with WMR have a problem, when the camera is always rotating? I’m not doing anything and it moves slightly forward and always rotating a little bit..
For those who have sound stutter , it happened to me only when i was using a bluetooth speakers, the reason is, your bluetooth dongle or the internal laptop / pc bluetooth is too weak to handle the headset controllers and the wireless speaker. Test it this way start the game with the controllers turned off then turn them on you should see stutter starts once the controllers connect to the bluetooth device . I found a fix is to connect your speaker to your laptop / pc using a wire , that should make sound stutter a thing of the past . Hope it work for you too .
I have WMR, firs part of the tutorial I have the same problem as Insane, after that character keeps sliding to the right. I can’t stand still no matter what. Any ideas?
