• The full game with at least my Update 1 b10878648 (or an equivalent release) is
required for this patch.
• This update requires at least 2 GB of free RAM, and 80 GB of free disk space (on
the partition you're going to apply it on).
• This patch WILL work perfectly fine on "incomplete" installations, so if you e.g. deleted
all language files except for your native one, you can safely apply this update, without
having to download some old and useless language files you'll never need anyway. You're
going to encounter error messages though, ensure that only language-related files are
affected before continuing the update process at the prompt.
• Copy the contents of my "Update" folder to your root game directory and run the ".bat"
file to patch your game.

does applying this update force shaders to rebuild again? i know its supposed to be only if youve updated hardware or gpu drivers, but some are reporting having to rebuild shaders after this patch. please let me know guys, dont wanna have to rebuild from 0 again.
yup a great chance of rebuilding shaders after patch.
Thanks, do you mean from 0? like all over again? some people are saying it makes you rebuild from 98%, thats ok. but from 0, i dont know if i wanna do that again. I have the patch, just been holding off on applying it since i can actually play my game right now and worried about not being able to play after patching, i dont wanna wait another 3 hours like the first time.

and had to redo the last 2%
Thanks, this is exactly what I was referring to. Having to start from 98% and just do the last 2 percent.
A few people have reported having to start from 0 again, which deff worries me a little, but I hope that’s because they also changed their drivers or updated to the new driver hotfix…
The initial shader build took forever for me, I’m at a place where I can finally play the game now and don’t want the patch getting in the way of that
if u install the hot fix driver ur shader complie will start from 1%
And if I only do this update then it will only start from 98% for sure? A few people reported having to compile shades again after this update, many said it starts at 98% but a few said they had to compile shaders again completely.
I can wait for it to go from 98% to 100%, but I’d hate to go from 1% to 100%

moises copy all files into root. right click on bat and run as admin ,if you de3leted all the useless language file it will give you a promt to reinstall them or not

La actualización se instala bien, los shaders se recargan d e sde el 98%, lo único que noto que ahora no tartamudea tanto en cada cambio de ese a pero me crashea en ovaciones, cosa que con las actualizaciones anteriores no pasaba, arreglan una cosa y arreglan otra.

This update-v1-0-2-0 wants nvidia driver 531.58 but nvidia driver web driver version 531.41 nad game crash

Pöur ceux qui ont installé une version non complète ( sans toutes les langues ) appliquez le patch même si à la fin, ça vous dit que certains fichiers n’ont pas été trouvés ( c’est normal!)

petite question in game le jeu t affiche quel version parce que j ai telecharger l update je l ai appliqué mais je suis toujours en version 1.0.7 ya quelque chose que j ai oublié de faire ? Merci pour la réponse
salut, perso le jeu ne m’affiche plus la version depuis ce dernier update mais la différence est significative : 300 % de vitesse des constitutions des shaders ( après maj driver ), baisse de la ram et
% cpu utilisé, chargement plus rapide, et 10 à 15 % de fps de plus en moyenne.

does the game work if you dont need to use the 531.58 hotfix drivers? those are for 30xx series cards, what if youre using a diff card?

I have a 3060RTX and the game don’t run correctly … I’m at 30 fps in low quality and my Motherboard up to 99°c … Resident Evil 4 Remake turn perfectly on my computer so I don’t understand that this game can’t run in my configuration… Don’t have a war computer but this game is absolutely not optimize for PC config if u don’t have a 4090 …..
Well, there is something strange in your setup, I have a 3060ti and I run it with everything in ultra, except environment and character textures, and it goes to 60fps almost always, the fps rarely drop
