I installed the dlc over the The Evil Within folder and copied the crack but now I can’t find any option in game to play “The Assignment” mission.
Maybe I made some mistake?

@Tails it failed on me the first time I tried to install so I reinstalled everything from scratch in this order
1, install the evil within reloaded and coppy crack content
2, installed update 1 by codex and coppy crack content
3, installed update 1.03 by codex and coppy crack content
4, installed the Assignment and coppy crack content
everything worked after that and I don’t know why it failed the first time. the Assignment dlc is found under “downloaded content” at the main menu of the game. hope this helped you xD

i think the dlc itself is 10 gb in size. i haven’t downloaded it myself. but from the notes above we can assume that the primary game (the evil within and its updates) is not included in this 10 gb file. cmiiw anyone?
I can’t install The Assignment. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the main game plus update 1 and 1.03 but when I try to install this dlc nothing happens. The Codex install screen and music plays but it doesn’t do anything else when I try to click on “install” which, by the way, I can barely see.
Any help with this?
Sorry about my previous message, it looked like it was doing nothing but it did though I had to do what Bleh mentioned, anyway.

@gonzax, it should just do it pal, I have no idea why it isn’t doing it for you. make sure your windows defender/antivirus programs are disabled during the entire installation of all the files you are installing. other than that im not sure what your problem is. maybe make sure you have enough space on your hard drive also xD
@gonzax, also make sure the destination folder of the install is the same as the base game. hope any of this has helped you xD

Does not work. I install this sequence
1 – The evil within – RELOADED
2 – Update 1.0 CODEX and copy crack content
3 – Update 1.03 CODEX and copy crack content
4 – Install DLC and copy crack content
simply, nothing appears on the menu.
I can open the game normally.
any suggestion?
