i have tried many copies of this VR game, every single one gives me the same error, The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b. any other game works perfectly on my PC, but not this one.
new gundam breaker for pc got delayed.. though its still supposed to be “summer”.

With all it’s flaws (it isn’t even a true VR game but a patch over the desktop version), this game is absolutely ESSENTIAL. You just haven’t played Skyrim until you play it in VR. In fact, you’ve never play a game until you experience (good) VR.
I know there’s a lot of people thinking VR is just a fad. This is something you must try out and it’s not possible to show with videos or images (or shitty mobile “experiences”). Just try a modded Skyrim VR with a Vive or Oculus rig and you’ll realize desktop games became retro.

this copy of the game does not work either with the installed exe or the crack copied in it does not work
After moutning iso open DARKSiDERS.bin with winRAR and copy SkyrimVR.exe from there to your instal dir. SkyrimVR.exe in crack folder does not work.
Crack exe doesn’t work, use original exe that comes with the files, but copy the other files in crack folder over. Spent 1 hr figuring this shite out. lol.
So basically: If you already installed with installer and told it to copy crack over as well, just open up the big .bin file in 7z and copy the original exe over.
worked 4 me sorry can’t provide any more detailed instructions. whoever packed the files mustve put the wrong exe in the folder WOOPSIES.

If steam opens on launching the game, you need to copy the original SkyrimVR.exe from the big BIN file.
I opened with 7zip.
This indeed happens when selecting copy crack contents during setup..something is messed up there.

The windows keeps telling me that the install file exe is a virus… how can I overcome this?
every time i try to start it steam store page pop’s up any idea’s on how to fix this
For those the crack won’t work, go inside the .bin file (Power iso makes a great job to go in) and grab the Skyrimvr.exe, copy-paste it in your game folder 🙂
