I was trying to make it work and this is what did it for me
Copy ab_persistentgamedata1.dat and ab_gamestate1.dat (1,2,3 depending wich file) from
/The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth/3DMGAME/3DMGAME/remote
and put it in the same folder from the new game direction
nothing saves >:(
