Yeah there’s a problem at the beginning of the game the required item is not here I guess it is some kind of crack protection just as they did with Crysis 3 or other games

…..oop, nevermind….apparently the small robot you save is supposed to help cut the door open and I had to reload my save in order to get him to show up again.

Yes, game runs perfectly!!
There are problems in both Soma.exe and No Steam Soma.
In Soma there is no lever in the power box at the Upsilon Shuttle Station,so you can’t power up the train
In No Steam you are stuck in the beginning of the game,because you can’t find the tracer fluid.
At least that’s what happened to me.

Having a problem where the small robot cuts the door open..well it doesn’t open although i see the little robot cutting it it remains closed for some reason.Tried loading previous save,reinstalling the game and applying the patch but it didn’t fix it.Im stuck there… :/ Can help me please?
I don’d know,it’s a simple bug,or the crack not the best yet,but after we started to go to Theta and falled into Delta,i can’t leave this submarine.Because the hand icon is doesn’t seems.
Maybe if somebody have a save after this part,and (s)he send it to me, I’d appreciate it.

for anyone havin the problem of the submarine it’s simple for me i unstalled the game remove the update then kept my save files you find then in document>my games then installed the game kept everything in option like it is and boom the door just opened hope this will help you too just don’t install the update

I’ve got the same problem with the sub. the little robot cut the door but nothing happens next. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IfkpxJmSk_E there is full gameplay here and the door should be openned at 2h9min or here it is still closed… We are stuck until we get an update i think :/

I’m reinstalled the game,and don’t applyed the patch.After this,reloaded the prewious save,and when I reached this point,I kept the cursor on the door,while the small robot cuts the door open.When you do it like this,you can open the door.(If you have the same issue like me)
tracer fluids location is random. there is no drm. there are several places it can be. So far I’ve found it in the drawer next to bed, one of the 3 drawers of the desk, In the medicine cabinet of the bathroom, and in one of the cupboards above the microwave. It’s totally random which one it is and I think it changes each time you start a new save, which is how i’ve found it in different places. Cheers! perfect upload.

There’s a problem with the patch. Don’t use it or you’ll get stuck like others at Theta base subway scene :/

Hello, thank you guys for this game! You are awesome! This game has some bugs but in general it seems to be a great product! In the emergency shuttle mission, when you disconnected the three tentacles from the reactors, later you escaped and the shuttle crashed a little robot try to help you cutting the door but the door never open, well in that moment I had the update 20150923, no problem appears until that part, I resolved downloading the update 2.7, but the save files didn’t work on the v2.7, to resolve this you have to move the save files to other folder, because there are two differents cracks. Update 20150923 from Reloaded, and 2.7 from Ali213, so in the folder C:\Users\”Your Name”\Documents\My Games\Soma\Main there are two folders you have to copy your save files to the other folder and that’s it! Works perfectly!
So, if you see any kind of error in this, i’m using google translate. My game doesn’t even start! So, i try to run the game, but a error message appears saying that i need to install fbxsdk-2012.2.dll! Any idea?

For those of you who are having problems with the missing .dll file, I suggest to download the GOG version. I have had this problem before, because I was installing this game onto another computer and realized I had this same issue as well.
Installing the GOG version worked perfectly and resolved all problems, give it a try if you are having difficulty with this one.
