     usually a steam.ini file , where you can change the language

       There is no steam.ini file. There is a “force_language.txt” file set to russian, but changing it to english doesn’t do anything. How do you change the language?

   There’s no crack and the game won’t launch. Is this just a repack and we have to find the crack elsewhere? What’s going on?
