Right click shortcut, click Properties.
In TARGET BOX add -savetouserdir at the end of whats already there.
Click APPLY
Click OK
Run game.

damn the game does have A LOT of visual problems :S
ghosting (which forced me to activate motion blur to avoid it) , tearing (which forces vsync usage) , for some reason moving the camera too fast makes a sort of white “aura” to slightly be visible on the hair, and time to time it does have some VERY anoying stutter (whener it loads something heavy)
also it forsed me to use fsr on quality (if i deactivate it the game looks like its on 30fps with frameskip)
and just to check i even tried the game on the minimum setting but it’s still the same…
now i know what the F means…

Silent hill 2 remake worked like butter on my pc (and it actually looks similar or even better than this game)
now dont get me wrong, the game IS good, at least i been playing it and i thinki it IS good…
but the performance is quite terrible
