Pra quem teve o steam error_api, eu consegui resolver o meu jogo estava, na pasta Downloads eu mudei ele para pasta Arquivos de Programas (x86) e o jogo abriu normalmente não apareceu mais o error steam_api abri o jogo pelo Steven disse SAN14_EN.exe
