  It does work, but something that site does not tell you is that there is a Crack in the folder that you need to repack. Also at start, the game is set to Spanish. So you need to change language in SteamConfig.ini, You also can set your profile name there.

The game works but the only problem is its in Spanish language so I tried changing SteamConfig.ini (opening it with notepad) “Language =spanish” to “Language =english” now the game the game auto close before it runs but then i saw “Crack language and DLC.rar” I unrar it and paste it to the game folder (replace file) and try changing “SteamConfig.ini” again to “Language =english” (don’t forget to seve the changed text) and run .exe… BOOM!!! the game runs in english language

it also work RaccoonCity.exe – Properties – Compatibility – Check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” – Choose “Windows 7”

Is anyone trying to play this on Windows 11 in 2026? For me, it gets stuck on a black screen trying to connect to some network while searching for other players…
