to remove DLC. open file steam_emu.ini then delete the lines from DLC and save in another txt file

For those dickheads that dont want to download all again: just uncheck “re_chunk_000.pak”, all the commonredist and the dlc .pak you dont need. Just download and copy evrything else in the game directory. Done, you have the game with full dlc and unlocks downloading only a few megabytes.
