Just an FYI. From the intertweebs: So, is there an offline mode in Palworld? Yes, it has been confirmed that you can play Palworld solo in a single-player mode. The developers have confirmed this information in an official capacity via their recent FAQ blog post on Steam. One of the questions is, “Can Palworld be played offline and single-player?” and their response is affirmative. “Yes! You can play Palworld by yourself offline or with your friends online,” they wrote.
So there you have it. Whether you don’t have friends to play with, or your internet is limited, or you just like to play solo, you’ll be able to play Palworld solo in the offline single-player mode. When it comes to content available in this mode, to our understanding, everything the game has to offer will be available solo as well. Of course, some co-op-specific features which require more players will not be there. But everything else – yes!
In Palworld’s single-player solo mode, you will be able to collect mysterious creatures known as Pals, survive in a harsh environment and explore the world. Additionally, you can build structures and create massive production lines and farms. Finally, you can breed your Pals and create even stronger versions of them! So there you have it. Have fun playing solo!

Try this to change languages (not sure if it work or not)
Go To: “D:\Palworld.Early.Access\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv153\Win64\steam_settings\”
and creat txt file inside “steam_settings” folder, called: force_language
open it and write language you want, english,french,italian,german,spanish,portuguese,russian,korean,simplified chinese,traditional chinese
Choose any language and write it inside txt file for exemple: french
if doesn’t work try edit txt file name from “force_language” to “language”

pour le moment pas trouver mais en cours de recherche.
Il faut créer un fichier “force_language.txt” avec fr écrit dans le fichier et l’enregistrer dans engine/binarie/thirdparty/steamworks/steamv153/win64/steam_setting. Ça a fonctionné pour moi en tout cas.

It doesn’t work for me. It just boots to a black screen, says Palworld is loading in the bottom right corner then the screen goes blank and just sits there doing nothing. I left it for over 10 minutes but got nothing.
Trying to run this on Windows 11, Asus x570 plus MB, RTX 4070 TI, 32 GB Corsair Dominator Memory @3600 and ryzen 7 5800x.
So we can spend 2000+ $ on a system, but you are to cheap to buy your games, instead pirate and let the bitcoinminer run in the background…pathetic. And btw the kiddygame is included with gamepass.

This does seem to work with multiplayer, at least from what I can test, I’m able to join oficial servers, assign a name and everything opens up fine and s playable
Search Goldberg SteamEmu Saves on the C drive, find the language in the settings directory, and change the content to the desired language (personal exploration only, not necessarily successful, wish you a happy time)

cria um aquivo txt com o nome force_language e dentro coloca pt_br
Pour mettre le jeu en francais: créer un dossier “settings” dans le dossier “steam_settings”
Dans ce dossier “settings” créer un fichier texte (.txt) nommé language
Ouvrer le fichier texte et écrivé french dedans.
Pour être plus exact j’ai ouvert un autre jeu et dans ce jeu j’ai CTRL C, CTRL V le dossier settings
et ca a marcher
C’est un fichie texte : force_language

FOR BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM: go to palworld binaries you’ll find ”Palworld shipping 64x” right click it check box run as admin and disable fullscreen optimization, i run it at first seems not to work but left it open for 5min while watch smth and the game opened.

I’ve been waiting for over a year to play this game, sadly over time the game doesn’t look like the epic Poke’mon alternative that is initial was looking to be, at least for now. Hopefully the game improves and adds a real storyline and cities. Other than that this game is just Ark Survival with Poke’mon….Meh!

rename file “EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll” by adding a “1” to the end of shipping, so It looks like this “EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping1.dll”
Launch Palworld, click the two error prompts, and the game will work 100%

If anyone decides to buy the game like me because they like it, but cannot load their old save file on steam. its located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\SaveGames
there should be 2 folders here with random numbers, inside of one of them is a folder with more random numbers while the other one just has a single file. copy the folder over to the other one in order to load your save file ingame

If anyone gets a black screen at launch, right click the exe file, open the compatibility tab and tick the box that says ‘disable fullscreen optimizations’ then run as admin, it will take a couple of minutes for your first launch so just be patient, this cracked version is the same as Payday 3 it works online.

On my computer it works perfectly with the update + the language change.
On my friend computer the game start correctly, but when I try to patch, it block at the end of the patch, counting time, while on my own pc it took like 30 seconde. I killed the patcher because I thought it was bug. and when I start the patched game it say this :

Online works fine, you just need the v.0.1.2.0 patch that Steven posted.
@YW This exact version is already updated to 1.2.0 you dont need to update anything, just because it has the early access tag does not mean its outdated, the game itself has received no updates yet, only Xbox and Game Pass players are playing the older version due to waiting on Microsoft to let the update go gold. Steam received the 1.2.0 update on day of release.
This version also works online perfectly fine, it uses the Goldberg emulator so it thinks its connected to steam, you can join or host public games with no issues.
