Missing “”openal32_dll”” happened to me, if its the same for you go to http://fix4dll.com/openal32_dll and download the file(42kb) and put it in the game folder where the ” launcher” is
Seems you dont have sound if you just put the missing file on game folder, so you need the propper installer : http://www.openal.org/downloads/
