I think you have to go into Windows Firewall and forbid the games connection, I think the process is trying to connect to steam servers for authentication. Let me know if it works.
After klick on New Game / New Save nothing happens :/

Il faut aller sur le site de fitgirl (de mémoire fitgirl . site) pour télécharger le package de langue français (en 2 parties qui s’appellent fg-optional-french.part1.rar et fg-optional-french.part2.rar)
Une fois téléchargé et extrait, il faut mettre le fichier “fg-optional-french.bin” dans le même répertoire que l’exe d’installation (setup.exe) là où il y a fg-01.bin … jusqu’à fg-05.bin.
Tu dois donc extraire de l’iso téléchargé ici tous les fichiers sur ton pc en local, copier le “pack de langue” à la racine de ce répertoire et lancer/relancer l’installation. (tu auras en dégrisé l’option “French” dans les langues à installer)

Used the 1FISHIER link. Stuck at 9.6% on the setup for quite some time, is it bugged or do i just let it download. Or should i try another link.
