Really enjoying the game I just wish you guys had included the additional content packs 1-3 DLC.
to enable all dlcs go to folder where codex.txt is open it change the 0 next to unlock all dlcs to 1 hope this helps 🙂
If you want to have all dls’c just open codex.ini and there is DLCUnlockall=0 just change it to DLCUnlockall=1 have fun 😉
To answer the commonly posted question, not all DLC packs are included in this release. The level up and coliseum packs are not included as are a few others.

For those that are missing a .dll file, just go to the games folder and install vcredist. The game folder already includes the necessary files, it’s just a matter of browsing and installing.

where say DLCUnlockall=0 change the number 0 for the number 1 DLCUnlockall=1
to summarize everything:

-After installing the game, go to the games’ folder and access vcredist 2013 to install the file.
Does this include all the DLC?
-Yes
Problem is it’s not activated by default, so you’d need to open codex.ini and find the “DLCUnlockall=0” line, after that it’s just a matter of changing “0” to “1” and saving it. If you can’t save the edit, check the inis properties as it may be set to read-only, if it is, untick the option. It may also help to place the ini file on your desktop first and then edit it from there.

Screen tears are usually codec based. Check your codec settings and untick mp4 and avi support for them. (note: using mpcc, so this worked for me)
My game crashes every time I get past the exe drive tutorial screen and I assume it is loading up the first fight. Just a generic “sorry, the game has stopped working” error box that I have to tab over and it closes the game. any ideas?

Having a problem installing. Whenever I run the launcher to install it closes after 10-20 seconds with no error message. Just, poof. I’ve tried running it in various different ways and settings and can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’m on windows 8.1 anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Hmmm, I’ve had the same problem with re:birth 1, all i did was set the games resolution to your native resolution and running it on full screen.(IE: my native resolution is 1366×768, so I set the games resolution to mimic it and run it on full screen)
previous problems I’ve solved it, it seems problematic downloads but when I downloaded for the second time successfully installed, thanks SKIDROW

I ended up solving my crash by… uninstalling my AMD drivers. I tried full screen/windowed/borderless, every resolution option, admin mode, compatability, re-installing, restarting computer. I tried everything, and I was about to full uninstall my drivers to reinstall them, and after uninstalling them and restarting my computer, before installing them again I launched the game just out of curiosity and it ran perfectly and I no longer crashed, have about 5 hours in atm no issues at all.
@donald sadly it didnt, already downloaded the game 3 times now everytime the same issue.. but i guess its my windows i already have problems with itself though…
jaja funny!!! for hyperdimension neptunia re birth 1 troubles exist a update, search in google, fix black screen errors and Vsync, for AMD troubles actualize your drivers in web oficial of AMD is very easy, and troubles whit rebirth 2 we expect an update T T !!!

try to install .net framework 4.5.2, for Windows seems to be no problem because I’m trying to install new windows in a different hard drive but isdone.dll still not found, after I install .NET Framework 4.5.2 I try to download again hyperdimension Neptunia for second times and after that I installed it worked, I installed .net 4.5.2 through windows update i use win8.1 64bit

but for rebirth 2 the fps really low and when the first battle begin (tutorial) the texture didn’t load (the enemy become pitch black or nepgear lose her eyes or the body became transparent)

I can’t seem to change the resolution of the game once it is in fullscreen. Is there some other way to change the game’s resolution other than doing it in-game? like in codex.ini etc

For everybody who had crash at start or when first battle, I have some explanation according to my experience…
Actually I’m using laptop Asus K46CM with Nvidia GT 635 M and Intel HD 4000, and I’m using Windows 10…
Most probably for windows 10 user who had crash because it’s GPU driver didn’t support the game. According to my experience when I play the game using Nvidia GPU it’s ALWAYS CRASH and I’m using Nvidia driver for windows 10.
But when I switched the GPU with Integrated GPU (In this case my Intel HD 4000) it works! and I install the driver for windows 8 for Intel HD 4000…
So most probably your driver didn’t support the game, so you need to update or install the driver for windows 8 or 7…

during the tutorial it has several minifreezes, 1st encounter has wierd character textures, in the exe skill part i select the skill and select target than nothing happens i cant control the caracter she just floats. Are these the products of my radeon HD6490M videocard being on bad terms with the game or its other reasons?
