is it only me or someones else also face the issue where some cutscenes are lagging?
streaming issues. mine was doing that as i was using external ssd with a cheap cable. install to internal ssd or make sure using ssd external, not mechanical harddrive and make sure cable is good enough. put a better cable on. i changed cable and its fine now.

Guys, right click the main game folder, go to properties and at the bottom uncheck the “read only” box. The folder needs permission to write data to your drive so it can save.
