hey i think you need to fix the SteamConfig, it doesent register as GOTY the bonus missions are not available, it says ”buy Game Of The Year to acces”
no mission playable except tutorials…what to do???

Fix for unlock all DLC:
Open all SteamConfig.ini (There are 3. One in Hitman™ dir and Retail and dx12Retail)
And copy paste at the good line, you’ll see it. For me it’s work.

getting failed to initialize steam error
How to change language ? I try edit steamconfig but the the language i still in russian.

I downloaded the 68GB game file through torrent.
There seems to be no mount file, no installation just direct game.
There are 2-3 folders containing the launched which are NODVD, Hitman and some folders inside them also have launcher file.
Nothing seems to work. how to play this game

I have the same problem as you, Ris. I can’t start the game through any of the launchers available in any of the folders. I also tried to put the “NO DVD” Steam files in the “Hitman™” folder, but only to get the message “failed to initialize steam”.
It’s very frustrating to download that and not be able to play in my day off.
If anyone can help us, it would be great.

The game works, it’s just a bit difficult to set up. Here’s what you need to do:
1. Go to the folder “NoDVD\ALI213\”, here you’ll find the first “SteamConfig.ini” file. Change the value “Language = russian” to “Language = english” (or any other language from the selection above). In the same file, find this part:

Save changes (save the file).
2. Do the same process (change language, insert DLCs) in the second “SteamConfig.ini” (located in “NoDVD\ALI213\Retail”) and third “SteamConfig.ini” (located in “NoDVD\ALI213\dx12Retail”). Save the changes.
3. Copy everything from the “NoDVD\ALI213” folder to the “Hitman tm” folder. When asked to overwrite files, click yes.
4. If you followed the instructions, your “ALI213” folder should be now empty. Use the “Launcher.exe” in the “Hitman tm” folder to run your game.
Works perfectly: game starts without trouble, language is English and the DLCs are available.
