   Cant unlock new character after leveling up, any suggestion what have i might installing the game wrongly?

   After unlocking a new country in the game, you cannot choose a new country to play the game. You can still only choose the first 3 countries. Maybe it is a BUG?

   How do you unlock the different civilizations? I can only play the first three of them.

   Yes a BUG, but when you select RANDOM the unlocked civilization can be played.

     Thanks, M. I tried your advice — played a RANDOM game and was given one of the three civilizations I already had. After playing the entire RANDOM game, no new civilizations were unlocked. 🙁
