     Complete is the uncomplete collection of HL(-related) games.
     The other (un-)complete Version is called “Orange Box”… it includes games like Portal and Team Fortress 2.
     You’re still missing Opposing Force or Blue Shift…

    To change language:

    \bin\steam_settings\force_account_name.txt

    Open up the txt and change the language there to your language of choice. I deleted ‘russian’ and replaced it with ‘english’. The game now runs in English.
