They speak Russin in the game, but it’s not a legit Russian translation, some kids trolled they voice over the real voice …

To fix russian voice over just download this file> https://libertycity.net/files/gta-4/184082-originalnaja-papka-audio.html < copy link and paste after download file extract file and put pc file into your game dicnotary and replace all

Fuck this repack man.
It has terrible quality russian voice overs and if you change the game files to the original audio it messes up the saves.

so far its working for me but you need to do this to make it work properly:
1. Install the game after download
2. The game came with a Russian audio file. To fix, Go to this site and download the audio file:

– after extracting, copy the “audio” folder and replace the audio folder in GTA IV > pc
3. The game also has Russian text. To make text and subtitle English, Go to GTA IV > common > text
– rename russian.txt to american.txt
– rename american.txt to russian.txt
Important!! Do not start playing yet or you will waste your time because yes, you can save the game, but you wont be able to load your save because it’ll just say the save game file is damaged and will start a new game instead
4. To fix this, go to this site:

scroll down until you see “Download RunAsDate” – click and download file
– Extract file anywhere
– Run runasdate.exe
– change date to May 22, 2020
– make sure the “Move time forward” and “Immediate Mode” boxes are ticked
– click run as admin
– click Run
thats it. you should be able to play the game and load your save files without problem. enjoy playing

game doesnt launch after set up download please help
its says you must set the executable file to run when choosing the run option
When i turn the game on everything works just fine but i can use the mouse in the game and cause of it i cant move my camera or punch or shoot
this is facking useless game. it’s facking russian language. no way to get this normal english. you can’t even read that shit.. so delete this crap
