my game is now in chinese even if i change the registry to en-US, it just changes back to zh-CHT. anyone know how to fix this?
my issue is the game seems to be running slower now. I was on update 3 and it was steady 60fps now with update 5 its steady 30fps, makes a huge difference. I’mn pretty certain the graphic settings are exactly the same, on optimum settings from the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app.

PROBLEM: pressing F to enter a car crashes the game every time
I have a weird problem:
When I open Launcher.exe, it opens with: Grand Theft Auto V has stopped working. But, if I open it, and before it launches, I click somewhere, It opens in the background and runs without crashing!!! Then, when I click back on it, it crashes again!!! I have a solution to this, which is using Sandboxie application, when I switch back to the game, sandboxie tells me what is going on, it is a memory access bug which happened before for FIFA 15. Almost all 3DM cracks are crappy for memory management. Sandboxie is able to ignore the error and let you continue the process. This is how I can play the game with pain! Anyone has any solution? Here’s my system specification:

CPU: Intel Core i7 930
MEMORY: 8GB Crucial 1333MHz (Triple Channel)
VGA: SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON HD5870 1GB

The person who says game crash only cause you need better PC is full of shit. Game crashes on several points, tho there are workarounds, I managed to complete whole game (am at 82% completion atm), but there were 2 missions that made the game crash. I have a brand new very expensive PC with the newest CPU and Gfx, so dude , stfu you ignorant twerp
To the guys crashing in missions heres some help.
Never use throwables at all. For some reason its bound to screw up your mission. Just find alternatives like RPGs if necessary
Also, if spmething isnt letting you finish a mission, such as when you enter the garbage truck as Franklin, you can just skip the mission. You just need to die 3 times. In the garbage truck scenario, you can blow up a fuel tank and get caught in the explosion thrice and you will be good to go.

The cracked version of GTA V put on this website works better for me than for some people. And I’ve a Low-End PC (Nvidia GT520M).

These fixes are mainly for the steam version of the game. This doesn’t fix the issues that are created from the crack.
Bless 3DM for trying, but this new form of DRM is winning, especially if it break games this badly.
I’m blocked to the first mission of heist (main quest).
With update 2 i can play it, but when i switch to the truck and i click right mouse, game crashes.
With update 4 and this update i can’t play the mission, or better… when i go on the roof and launch the gas, it doesn’t appear the cutscene and the mission not continues, remains blocked.

Should I install 350.1 version at 1st?
For this new crack(v4) if you get “TIEUP_0014_CHK_BFIX” Crash you need to
first run “GTAV Launcher.exe” , you dont need to login just start in offline mode and leave it open
Then run the game as usual with Launcher.exe. and the game should run just fine.

There’s a bug with the garbage truck heist. When michael asked frank to plant c4, stay in the towtruck and throw the c4 using RB and trigger the c4 “in the truck” then get out. During the shootout dont use grenade or c4 just use RPG to blow up the garbage truck later. This is a well known bug in GTA5 and rockstar haven’t bother to fix it yet.
If game crash when frank trying to board garbage truck turn on the “Landing Page” option and you must start the game with GTAV Launcher.exe first, leave it open in offline mode(dont need to login) and then run the game launcher and everything should be fine.
if you keep crashing just die 3 time and skip this mission.

Guys, for best GTA 5 experience (read: without crashing and slowdowns) you need fully updated windows 7 with latest service pack, windows 8.1 also fully updated, latest runtimes (MS visual redistributable) newest GPU drivers, MBO drivers, decent components (better then recommended! – GPU with at least 2GB VRAM, good quad core CPU from intel or octa core from AMD, 6GB RAM min.!) . When you got all this done then you can start whining if game doesnt work properly. Otherwise – live with it 🙂

@Jean I had that problem too but i found a work around! Instead of using the sticky bombs to open the vaults, use a grenade launcher. It freezes because there is a bug with using handheld weapons (sticky bombs, molotovs, grenade, .etc) I was able to pass the mission after avoiding the sticky bombs. Hope this helps you!
Hey, I have social club failed to initialize error code 15, I can’t understand why its not working for me, I’m using the latest version of the crack, but also tried on all other versions.
I’m using the R.G. Mechanics repack, as this was the first I found, but now I’m wondering if this was the wrong choice. I also noticed, everyone else has a “PlayGTAV.exe” file, but mine does not. I’ve installed the game twice now, and still get the same error. I have in both cases had my Anti-Virus turned off, and just incase, I had excluded my entire GTA install location from my AV.
Does anyone know what is wrong? Also, would someone be able to upload there “PlayGTAV.exe” file.

This update is still problematic. My game is giving error whenever leap from somewhere and I rush to get in the car, so the door opens the game gives error and crashes. Before that the mistake was to press the “Q” or to shoot to the right side from inside a moving car. When will launch a correct update?

I think problem with crash game is that you dont have enought RAM memory, all with 4GB getting crash in game but if you run gta5launcher and left it minimalize and next launch 3dmlauncher.exe you should play witout crash, dont forget change law for folder game for full possibilities, thanks for attention.

Guys PLEASE READ THIS , i fixed all the crashes with a simple trick , even with this update and crack i still had crash , but i read here that i need to open GTAVLUANCHER first , then you should wait 10 to 20 seconds , then chose offline mode , then run the game from 3DM Luancher with the social club window open , i played +2 hours with this trick without any crash ,, Good luck bros 🙂

Hi guys! Update 5 and crack v4 works perfectly, without any crash or bug. Throwables and Q button works like a charm. I play 10 hours with this patch and crack without problems. But need to run gtaVlauncher first, then the 3dm laucher.

Just like @Hesam said, someone mentioned earlier that running the GTAVLauncher first choosing offline mode and then run the 3DM Launcher leaving the Social Club open allows the game to run flawlessly with this update. So far I haven’t had any crashes like I previously did– been playing like 3+ hours too. For those wondering too, you don’t need any of the previous updates since this update isn’t overwriting a patch but rather just replacing it.

Please people read the instruction I posted above and your game won’t crash, the new update will check to see if the official launcher is running if not it’ll crash. This is mentioned in 3dm’s official forum, the crack is perfect stop complaining.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS
For starters, run the patch after copying the crack over (Chinese characters application).
Using this patch (previous patches are not required)……
Disconnect your internet
Make sure your Anti-Virus did not remove 3DM.dll
Start the game using the “GTAVLauncher.exe” As Admin
When the Social Club screen comes up choose Offline Mode. You will get an error. Leave the Social Club screen open at this point.
Now start the game using the 3DM “Launcher.exe” as usual. If you are still getting Chinese language just change in regedit.
For me and numerous others; been playing for 4+ hours with NOT a single crash where it use to crash constantly!

So much hope… this trick will work…
For everyone that are experiencing crashes, freezes like the blitz play mission with stepping in to vehicles or the final mission like the third choice. Or switching characters. Some how GTA V needs social club running in the background and originally you can only start the game with the GTAVlauncher what 3dm’s crack bypasses so it wont automaticly start social club in the background what currups the game. First launch GTAVlauncher and then launch 3dm’s launcher and it should work flawlessly with the last update and crack but notice it also makes a differents with the previous updates / cracks. More stability!!! Hope it works for ya all.

if you crash during the 2nd heist, dont get out of your truck when you throw sticky bombs at the van and then proceed to getaway car , get in your getaway car and then throw sticky bombs , leave and then blow it up. I hope it work because i already test it. Cheers

ppl tell u morons to stop complaining the cracks/updates are shit because its mainly a problem you have, for whatever reason… usually its because u ppl think u dont have to read the instructions…. thats the absolute most common problem.
Also i reverted to the crack that makes u change the date to avoid the failed social club thing (fixed q / cover crashes), and update 4 think… i have minor issues but if u try to avoid using throwable things unless ur in a vehicle that solves that (for me atleast) in heist missions. very few crashes when i reverted to umm crack version 3 i believe and update 4.

It does fix a few bugs that i am aware of.
I was able to advance in the final heist where i previously left of (switching from Trevor to Michael from out the helicopter,m resulting into a crash), after the major shoot-out while prompting to go to the getaway vehicle, it crashes for me.

Hey Im unable to start the first Franklin’s Strangers and Freaks mission. When I switch to Michael and go the area (right in front of Franklin’s house) it says i need to come back as Franklin to start this mission. I come back as Franklin and nothing happens!
Further, it seems i can’t progress forward in the story unless this mission is completed as in the character wheel only Franklin has “1” available mission.
Does the UPdate 5 fix this problem?

I updated the game and tested it, it worked for me, no more covering bug
However ppl from comment section in his post have mixed feedback

After Franklin blows up the garbage truck near the getaway car, the game switches to Michael. At that point the game crashes every time. I think I played that mission about 20 times, and every time it crashes. HELP!

Yes..I found the solution of skipping the garbage truck heist. When you killed the police, run towards the garbage truck as Franklin and kill yourself three times. After killing yourself after the third time, you can skip the mission. The only thing you miss is getting at your getaway car and driving to Devin as Michael. Voila

Ok, since everyone posts his prblems, i will post my problem too. I never had problems playing this game since the first crack. Ofcourse it has crashed sometimes when shooting with left mouse from the car. And also the mission with the garbage truck. I skipped that one and all was good. But since a couple of days i do have a crashing problem with the mission ”Eye in the Skye”.
After the scanning of the fourth person from the helicopter i think, the game crashes.
Wether i start the mission with franklin or trevor, it doesn’t matter. I have not tried this update 5 yet though. Can someone tell me if they have successfully finished that ”Eye in the Skye” mission?

I think the best combination is update v3 + crack v4 + GTAV.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe from update 1 + launcher that made by 3DM members forum (u can download it from link that given by someone has comment in thread “GTA UPDATE 4 CRACK V4 or maybe UPDATE 3 CRACK V4” in this site). Don’t forget to turn off landing page and auto save. NO CRASH WHEN ENTERING VEHICLE, NO CRASH AIMING, NO CRASH COVER, boost fps too (i guess), but not tested on mission “Blitz Play” yet. I’m still 16% until now….

Glad so many of you can fix the crashes with the solution i told you , i tested the game for 3 or 4 hours with the trick i said without a single crash , just copy the latest crack and update , then first open gtavlauncher as admin , wait seconds then chose offline mode , then wait some seconds when you see social club error just leave it open then run 3DM launcher as admin and enjoy the game without any crash 😉

THE ONLY 100% FIX SO FAR FOR NO CRASH ANYMORE (I’m not having crashes for 2 days and playing hours):
Even after update 5 and applying crack v4 you’ll have lots of crashes while missions, getting in car while missions and…
Here’s what to do :
1.you definitely have the none-cracked game, abandon your current game folder and make a new one with fresh no-crack game.
2.download all updates 1-5 and JUST copy the update folder content in your fresh game Main folder (“not from update folder to update folder”)
3.Now paste 3dm’s V4 crack into game folder.
4.At this point the game would run but all of you will be having crash problems.
Corepack team made a fix because they suspected crash problem is because of the modified launcher of 3dm, and game kind of blocks that in some points in the game. they made a crack fix that runs the game through “PlayGTAV.EXE” and its only 2 megabytes and after applying this i had no crash and passed all crashing missions.

its has an installer, point for the game and install it. while installing there might be a windows which says the file is read only, find the file that it says (2 files in game directory I remember) and uncheck the readonly option from properties and clock retry and thats it!

Nope! I was able to beat the Blitz play mission with the new solution, but the crashes still persist. I plan on buying this at the end of the month anyways, because I like the game, but damn did 3dm mess up this time around with this crack, or maybe the DRM in this game is really extreme. I can just imagine what LOTF would be like with all the DRM inside that game if it was crack also.
For the people who keep defending the crack, what do you have to gain by defending a crack that causes issues that steam version doesn’t go through where you have to play the game a certain way, and install all these “fixes” that aren’t fixing these issues for everyone cause of the crack, and the fact that crack was originally created with Win 7? Then you come here and insult people like that helping the situation, you guys ridiculous.
Easy solution – either 3dm or another scene releases a better crack or buy the game.
Well, I’m running this on a G73 and I have no problems… except for downloading this update, it seems to have been removed from everywhere. Other than that This game runs beautifully and I’ve had no crashes. If you turn off the ignore limit don’t be surprised if your game stutters or crashes when you exceed the vmem threshold.
So what i did
1 : i started GTAVLauncher.exe
2:i waited about 20 sec minimizing Social club
3 i started 3dm launcher.exe and this error apeared:

Dead Man Walking mission crashes right after MIchael jumps out of the window. Try to get in car, crash. Try to run to hide under overpass/freeway, crash. Tried out-running cops under freeway and overpasses, crash. Didn’t try to the “break the window with a knife” trick, or going and doing another mission first but will. If anyone has a fix for the crash, post it.

For me the solution that fixed the crashes (especially the crash in missions when you got in a car after shooting people) was the one offered by putrasatu:
Install update v3 and Crack V4, but copy/paste GTAV.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe from update 1.
I didnt use the launcher from 3dm he mentioned, but I got rid of 95% of all crashes.

I just finished the game and i have to say that instead of crying like little bitches and complain about crashes and what not, try searching online for the sulotuion for the specefic problem u have on your pc. I´m running the game on a pc with a 7 year old Q9550 with 4GB ram and a nVidia gt730 and yes, i cannot play the game fully loaded but i can play it. So stop bitchin and work a little bit instead of waiting for these guys to do every single thing for you.

I’ve used the latest update and crack. I used to have random crashes until a guy here said this:
first open gtaV launcher and then 3dm launcher while the first launcher is still running. Since then, not a single crash in 3 days of playing.
I fixed the problem.
1. All files (GTA5, GTAVLauncher, PlayGTAV, launcher.exe) -> Properties -> zgodność-> and select Run this program as an administrator, and turn off the display scaling on high DPI settings
2. 3dmgame.ini edit and correct your language here (Language = …) because always at the start of the game will be Chinese language even if you change the regedit.exe
3. turn on your GTAVLauncher, wait a few seconds and minimize
4. turn on your launcher.exe
5. enjoy the game xD

Well.. i get rid of this ERR_NO_LAUNCER error. Easy fix.. well if u crack ur game.. just disable ur antivirus and firewall ( so it dont block one fail )..
But now i have another problem.. if i try start game… it just ” GTA V has stopped working ” and thats all.

After taking cover/After you kill a lot of people in a mission and have to enter a vehicle, the game just crashes. We need an actual fix SKIDROW!!!
NO MORE RANDOM CRASH – 100% WORKING TIP:
1) RUN GTAVLauncher.exe
2) RUN 3dm Launcer.exe – WHILE GTAVLauncher.exe IS STILL RUNNING

All you have to do to fix the crashes is download the AIO update from corepacks team.
It fixed all the crashes for me, including the really frustrating crash when entering a car in (or right after) a mission.

Hi guys, I’ve noticed some of you having difficulties changing the language. I do have the same problem as well regarding regedit, I’ve read one of the comments that after changing 3DM.INI file and changing en-US in the regedit it doesn’t change the language at all. Well I have found a temporary solution to that which also works for me. This is how it works;
1. Change the language in the 3DM.INI file with any language you want.
2. Modify the language in the registry to your chosen language, now don’t exit yet.
3. Select file then export it to anywhere and make sure you don’t select export range to all.
4. Open GTA V then open the registry you just exported, then it should probably change the language.
I hope it works for you because it certainly worked for me, I hope it helped.

I’ve a serious problem in Mr.Richards mission with Update 5.
In this mission we’ve to reach helipad without alerting rocco. Then we must get in helipad. When Micheal will enter to helipad game crash. I tried at least 5 times,same problem.
I changed config to minimum and no luck. My System utilize CPU Core i3 3210- 8 GB RAM- VGA AMD 210- Free space enough(400 GB).
