   what is the point of this ? It is totally free on steam . Release instead unreleased game already out on steam since some days like Avicii invector or Saga Wild Ambitions . Warez are really fucked up these days ( potential good game not getting cracked but crap and free stuff are getting release .. what is that ! )

   So, this is kind of a remake of the masterwork that Gothic was.
   I must say i’m really excited about this game cause the nostalgia is so strong on this one :’)

    Gothic 1, 2, 3, Risen 1,2,3 are great fun to play, i love them, i don’t give a shit what people think coz they can never change my mind! I never knew about this remake so im over the moon to see this!

    Colruy155000, the playable advance of Gothic preview is completely free only for all fans who have bought from Steam a Gothic saga title or a game developed by Piranha Bytes.
    Therefore the playable advance of Gothic is not really free.
    In short it isn’t the complete game…It’s a preliminary version of a possible approach to a new Gothic and there is nothing definitive.

    Guh-g-gothic rremake? Gothic Remake?!? HOLY FUCKING SHIT GOTHIC REMAKE! Please dont become vaporware, pretty pretty please dont become vaporware. I have been dreaming of this since I played gothic for the very first time back in… well about 5 years ago. Yeah I know I was late to the party but I’ve played them all since and piranha bytes has become one of my favorite game studios. There games are so janky but with so much soul. Gothic 2 Night of the Raven is one of the best ganes I ever okayed. Gothic 1 was really good too but the extremely dated graphics made it so hard to enjoy for me.

    To the fucktards that are saying this is free on Steam, Yes, if you own any other Pirahnna Byte games you get it for free, if not, its not available for you so this can help those people that want to play it. So shut your face when you don’t know what the fuck you are talking about and get a job.

    You are not able to play it on the Steam if you do not own any THQ published game! So thats the point of it you smart ass… This game is my childhood and it has been released just to get the community feedback which is nice they do not want to screw it up. And I own original CD’s of Gothic 1-3 and not gonna buy ’em again on Steam just to be able to play this teaser. That is why I am going to use this torrent. Thank you very much for it.

    So apparently 20years game gets free teaser or its REMAKE upcomong… Old games was good but kinda we expect more nowadays. Then CLunky combat, troubled inventory selection and other things are standart for like past 10 years.

    Gothic / Risen series was buggy as hell and Piranha Bytes surely didn’t put much effort into fixing their games, but even so, they did manage to capture the imagination and elements of a fantasy RPG world in a game environment, that made me enjoy it through all the game bugs. Gothic 3 the only problem I had with it was the ending, it felt like… OK … is this ‘part one’ of the game, where’s the rest.
    All in all, I do hope this adds to the nostalgic fun I had playing the older titles.

    Almost forgot, I guess I’m not a famous psychic after all @Kruger @colruyt55000,….so what you guys have been trying to say all this time, and I’m sorry I’m such an idiot, is that fuck the rest of you on this site, only games that carry our approval are allowed to be uploaded on this site.

    Maybe the web devs of this site should add a special one and only link on this site, ….game request by Kruger & Colryut with a disclosure pop-up telling the rest to fuck off, their thoughts, taste in games and opinions are of no value.

    i have to applaud thq nordic, they are doing it for the fans not exclusively for the money, this game was part of my childhood and im really excited to play it again in better graphics and mechanics <3
