Same problem. It starts, the icon appears, and it doesn’t go any further.
At the same time, the forza process itself is active, loading the CPU by 20-30 percent, but nothing happens.
P.S. There is definitely no software blocking anti-cheat, naked Windows, Steam and Forza.
Problem solved. It was about Xbox services and services.
You need to update, install all the services of the xbox

Its prompting me that ‘Amd_ags_x64.dll” was not found and thats why it cant launch for me, hiw can i fix this
Missing a handful of DLL files, i was able to knab several off a DLL website, but some i cant find such as “DSTORAGE.DLL, PARTY.DLL, AND XCURL.DLL”
okay, found all the DLL files but its now promting me “No entry point found” and list of to me that “The procedure entry point agsinitialize could not be located in the dynamic link library”
How can I fix the issue if im being promted with the error message of “Entry point not found”

For those game stuck at the loading screen, just type-in Xbox on your windows search and launch the xbox app. It should install ‘xbox gaming services’ on its own.. If not try and find a way to install it. The game must run immediately after the small installation.

For those the game says ‘steam is not launched’, guys are you kidding me? Install steam on your potato computers and run it. If it runs well you should never be getting that pop-up.

Download the update, install and since then it starts and shuts down.
I run as administrator and nothing. It doesn’t throw error or anything, it just closes.
I got this same problem. Run Steam and Xbox service ( green one ) from Microsoft store after that everything must work like a charm 🙂
