If you try a fresh install, still not working like others releases.
DLL is missing xinput1_3.dll. I dowload it and after that an other error Ox……..

It definitely works in the end! At my PC I set in antivirus “FH5Launcher” as not toxic, then the game started. One time it didn’t start so I deleted the file FH5Launcher and it works again. I start game from ForzaHorizon5 main file.
