For all those who keep asking, the game is 125GB in size due to multi-lanugage and the massive HD texture pack which is nearly 60GB (unpacked) on its own.
For reference, the English only version without the HD texture pack is only 36 GB (installed).

PC wise, we don’t get all that much with this update. It’s mainly aimed at console players. That’s that when it comes to graphics overhaul. Sure we do get a few extra things. but all that much at all when it comes down to graphics and frames per second.
