It’s False positive (in DARKSIDERS & SKIDROW installer and few FLT rls). Don’t worry it’s safe. otherwhise you can wait for GOG version (DRMFREE) (in few hours/min)

I can play it but the character to go to the dlc island is not there, it comes out as if it were the normal game

To unlock DLC, just check @Steven comment above. fix works fine and dlc unlocked.
BTW i think in order to play DLC u need to finish game first (i may be wrong)

To access Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course, you will need to complete the first Mausoleum and then talk to the ferryman by the boat that spawns. If you’ve already beaten Cuphead this won’t be a problem at all. When you load up the game, make your way to Inkwell Isle I and down to the first Mausoleum

You guys need to download the fix @Steven linked and a 100% or 200% save game. when you install both and enter the save it will unlock the dlc

No you do not. You just need to complete one single mausoleum level
nope when you ruin frist mausoleum you have choice to go on dlc
