In it, says, “Already Cracked” but after installation it requires Steam. The irony is this one is uploaded by “nosteam” 🙂 Do I need steam for this?

If it is launched without admin rights it will say needs steam to work. All you have to do is right click and choose run as administrator. Works offline with bots, perfectly
