@tom: that first step, now go to second step to fix online requirement. copy that ‘.dat’ file to location mentionned above. then go back run the game! tadaaa you can play offline

Los archivos de idiomas están en company of Heroes / anvil / archives. Pero no soy capaz de cambiarlo, he intentado meter dentro del idioma ingles otros idiomas y el juego no arranca, también cambiarle el nombre LocaleEnglish.sga a otros idiomas como LocaleSpanish.sga con el mismo resultado.
Espero que alguien tenga mas suerte que yo.
Go to C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\settings then change the language.txt to desired language (remember, audio files for respectives country must be installed on game dir)

ive literally searched the entire computer, item-coh3-coh3 is not there.. game is unplayable
God Damn It.
After you have download the game, you have 2 folders in the zipfile. “Save” and “Company of Heros 3”.
Start the game and close it, if it wants to “go online/reconnect”.
Then copy the file (76561198800496784item-coh3-coh3.dat) from folder “Save” to “C:\Users\*******\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 3\network” or where ever your document are stored…
Start the game and have fun.
If the file ist not located in “Save” you should check your anti virus.

CoH 2 was much more grimmer and effects were looking more to realistic tone.
I understand that they wanted to show bright sunny Italy, but the FXs are so shit?

open language.txt and change to the language you want, ex: tchinese
then save the change and enjoy

The Steam force Name thing and DLC unlock seem to not be working. I could not change my ingame name and in the Italy campaign the british DLC Troop was locked, any idea how to fix this?
