I had this issue. Windows Security flags it as a virus. You have to go to security settings and allow it on your device. Also make an exclusion for the COD folder so you have no issues.

Game plays fine, but using a controller you get incredible input lag…..like not just simple lag…..like 4-5sec delays that make the game unplayable. The Modern Warfare bypass didn’t have this issue?
