No brakes, no steering and no transmission. How to manage if the “The right to repair bill” doesn’t passed ? lol

Now tell me you haven’t seen a loader truck bouncing off and climbing using its claw and front loader?
Never with brakes, steering and transmission malfunctioning… You don’t know what is the “right to repair bill/law/act” i assume(not voted yet in the US). It’s to force companies to stop make it as difficult as possible for anyone to repair what they manufactures.
The game craches at the start of playable sequence… Am I the only one ?
