Hey, I followed the instructions and it did not work. Running as administrator also didn’t fix it. I’m just getting a error popup saying Steam is not launched. Any help?
you have to have the steam program installed or if you already have it lauch it and try again

Another waste of time. OnlineFixDLL not found error, even if there’s some misterious, very specific step to running the game IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE DOWNLOAD, IT’S NOT HARD TO WRITE A NOTE.
