I think the link steven give is update for the digital edition (4.1.1.4061076)
correct me if i’m wrong tho, it didn’t work with 1.366 version

To change the game language:
1. Go to the “Language Packs” folder.
2. Access the language folder (e.g., “English”).
3. Copy the “Data” folder.
4. Navigate to the “Baldur’s Gate 3” game folder, paste the folder, and replace the file.
installed this version alongside the previous p2p version and with mods installed the patch 5 release crashes every 5-10 mins. if you want to play the game with mods installed dont update to patch 5 use older version until its sorted

Why does the game close when saving the game?
crowd! My appearance isn’t saving, I made new saves to change it, but I can’t. Load the game and I get the appearance of the base characters.
How to change language:
Go to C:…\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Localization
Open the file “language.lsx” with notepad or notepad++
Line number 9 you’ll see :
Change the value=English by value=French for example.
Done
