     No, it weights 127 GB because via Steam you download whole content and by paying for DLCs you just unlock the access to DLC

   @factory 73 data compression, and imho this is actually better unzipping DC put’s strain on the HDD, it also means installation takes longer, and thirdly there is more possibility of error whilst unpacking
