   @JD coz its single player only and doesn’t require you to access internet before you can play :p easier for hacker to crack this type of games. and, it sells bro. even pirated, its the most downloaded ones. can’t blame those monsters who enjoys cute girls in their fancy clothes w/ more revealing skins and fan service-y panty shots and jiggly.. uhum :3

    These are called JRPG’s they sometimes have nothing to do with anime, they’re usually involve a lot of walking and talking, and combat system is either turn-based or similar.

    Fuck my balls this turn based combat, what a way to waste games, god never gonna get why somebody would enjoy in any way to fight in turns,it has to be a mind illness or something. How much ´people could be enjoying this beautiful game but we cant because combat is slow as fuck… FTW

    For the DLCs just change a text in steam_emu.ini

    DLCUnlockall=0 to DLCUnlockall=1

    save and overwrite

    already did installed vcredist x86 & x64 from 2008 ver to 2015, and also already updated direct x, and the problem still there.

    For those with the error code, try to create another user, and then, launch the game in the new account. I think it must work on win7. Bye.

    I noticed that A18.exe is using version 1.0.0.9, but config uses verion 1.0.0.4.

    May this cause a bug?

    I hope they add the “SHADOW_TYPE_NONE” Option. I can play the game but it’s slow. Need better graphic options just like Sophie.

    I use Win 7 64 bits with NVIDIA GF (which should compatible for most game) …
    for anyone who can’t use this, probably because there’s certain software lacking in your OS or something …

    Sorry, it works for me on other koei tecmo games, like AOT for example. The cause, a corrupt profile, but it must to be, but it must be a more general problem, that the truth be told, the game is super bad done…

    Hello people,
    for thoses who are having problems with the game shuting down (craching) after lauching.

    its seems that its a windows update problem, we need a certain update for the game to launch properly.

    i have yet to test this solution, since im strugeling to find/download the update. but i hope it helps any of you. maybe leave a link to the update if u find it? i would love it. 🙂

    If the game is running slow on your computer try this.

    Go to C:\users\”profile name”\Documents\KoeiTecmo\A18 and in the config change ShadowType= to 0 or -1

    It’s helped me,it’s running great on my computer now.

    I got to that part as well..try lots of possible setting to make the game run much smoother but
    to no avail,still crashing there no matter how much I try.It always crash when the scene at the harbor starts..i guess we’ll just have to wait for a fix for this game. (T_T)
