the minimum requirements are i7 and GeForce 1080, and the recommended is 3060! I think you should wait a bit, untill the game becomes more stable, and than maybe PCs that aren’t f*ing spaceship would be able to run this game. at the moment I don’t think a lot of people can actually play
recommends 3080, a 1650 will be.. fun

Some of you lot are so dumb! Download the game, download the fix and copy the ArkAscended.exe file which goes where you have the game files and put it in here ShooterGame/Bineries/Win64, copy that .exe file in there and run the game from that, it’s so simple, the game is running pretty good on high settings, don’t try ultra, ultra is a laggy mess at the moment
This is the first game where I say it runs like SHIT (no dlss, 1440p), since I bought my 4080 and 13700k a year ago in December. We are in trouble guys, developers will rely on DLSS from here on out.
But it looks indeed very beautiful, gives me a real jungle feeling the foliage.

For those who have problems. You download the Game, than download the fix…copy the folder from the fix only into the main directory of the downloaded Game and start the Game from the arkascended.exe inside the shootergame Folder. The path of the exe stand on top of this site. It works deffinitly

Any patch coming? they fixed a lot of crashers an frame rate issues more less sorted out
guys how do you have faster torrents downloads.. mine is limited to 1mb on second?
game crash every 3 minutes…..
The thing that helped me the most was “Disable menu transition” went from crashing every 4 mins to roughly 30-40mins ( not great I know but it’s something), can also try lower the advanced effects, global illumination and foliage in settings.
and see if that helps keep the crash’s away for a little longer while we wait for an update to come out =)
runs fine on a 11700k, 32gb ram 3600 cl16, 3060ti. 4k w/dlss quality. mixture of low med high epic settings solid 80-100fps. you NEED to disable clouds and fog.
Open console with ~
type r.Volumetricclouds 0
hit enter
type r.VolumetricFog 0
hit enter.
doing this will gain you 30-40fps
without clouds ok…but without fog you can also play ASE and not ASA^^
