Anyone else having trouble with joystick? I use ps4 joystick and cant enter intelligence mode and all that stuff..only thing i can press is X…also when i went to sleep bc it was the only thing i could do appart from moving around, the camera looked up to the sky and days and nights started passing by and i couldnt stop sleeping; had to exit the game.

Can’t understand whyu people are so much against Epic Games. They are one that are going big against Steam. developers only get 55% of the income from games on steam. they will get over 70% at Epic Games. and all this up and down will only get us cheaper games, and the developers that deserve it get’s more cash so we can get more games.

OK so after about 4 hours of not knowing what the heck to do, this game really starts to get good. Warning : at first this game will be slow. But if you stick with it, it gets much better.
So far I’ve killed a giant python, killed a mamba, hit plenty of warthogs over the head with rocks, even managed to stab a big cat.
Eventually I even moved my clan to another settlement, which is very helpful because in the very first settlement, your clan never leaves that place. Once you move them to a different place they start exploring on their own. My clan has about 11 members now, 2 elders, 5 adults and 4 kids. I’m on the second generation and can actually move on to gen 3 now.
I’m arming my entire clan with sharp spears and now the hunted has become the hunters. We go out actively looking for predators to kill.
You need to venture really far in this game. Once you make it out of the initial location the game gets even bigger. It’s actually pretty huge.
I suggest whoever needs some help, watch some YouTube videos that will show you what kinds of things are possible. Stick with it, this game gets much better once you actually know what to do.
Guys – i’m having trouble MATING – i just can’t get pregnant – i already started 3 times a new game.. maybe a crack error?
Sawyer – no way it’s NOT a crack error. First either choose to be a male or female adult. Go up to an adult of the opposite sex and groom them. While holding down the button, listen for the ‘ping’ and release the button as soon as you hear it. You’ll increase bonding that way. Once bond is full and you form a couple, go to your bed of leaves, you can only mate on bed of leaves. Also, it helps if the female is fertile, examine her to see if fertile, find a fertile female adult to bond with. Go to your bed once bond is full, call your mate, and then hold the button to mate. Then you’ll see the words ‘pregnancy’ appear. Then just hit the button to give birth.
Sawyer : there are 2 conditions to mate. First, the female has to be “FERTILE” (shown when you “analyze” with Y), and she musn’t be family related (also shown with “analyze”) with the male you want her to mate with. Females won’t be fertile anymore if 1. They are elders and 2. If they already have 2 babies. So if you’re trying to mate with the very first generation, I think the female already has 2 babies so isn’t fertile anymore. I don’t remember if there was any other female.

Jessie – it’s your Antivirus deleting files. Turn your Antivirus off when Installing the game. It deleted some files thinking they are a virus.
Turn off windows defender or whatever AV software you use. Turn off real time protection. Them once you finish installing, turn it back on.
I’ve download the game and i play it on 1440p on a 4k tv, it’s very very beautiful.
The game is very very very serene, it’s cool to walk through the jungle with the music in the background.
If you have a 4k or 1440p monitor, go for it you won’t be disappointed
On the other hand, I haven’t really understood the purpose of the game yet, but it will come up.

Wow, once this game ‘clicks’ it gets early good. I’m hooked. At first, when you don’t know what you’re doing, you might not like it. But if you stick with it, eventually you learn how to do most things and the game really opens up. This game is awesome, give it a chance and it does get better.

Game runs great for me when using a keyboard, went and bought a pc gamepad spacifiacally for this game and the game does not respond at all with it, can play other games with the gamepad no problem, anyone have any SENISIBLE ideas? Thanks

There is a error at the second evolution. everytime i get to the new evolution.
It gets a “fatal error” maybe its a troll from ubysoft that block the cracked game.
Try it yourself and say if its a bug or a block to this crack system.

I own over 1500 games on Steam and over 2500 DLC’s, and that is only 1 of the 7 platforms I use on PC, and I also own every console possible including retro’s. I aswell sometimes come here to test a game because some developers bait people with trailers that do not resemble the ingame gameplay. Most people are like this, it’s clear to see you suffer in real life. Take care and do something about yourself.

What a stupid game this was. Somehow even the large monkeys can’t figure out how to eat food. Everything is new to them. If evolution worked like this, let me tell you this planet would be lifeless. Nice try trying to explain the origin of life, too bad it only proved that evolution is a theory that makes no sense in terms of explaining origins. Best stick with things you can actually observe like micro changes in species. Your imaginations about how life began only make you look like a baboon.
Dumbest AI I have ever seen. This game is still alpha. Impossible to play with your monkey group. They get randomly attacked by animals, they just stand still instead of running/protecting themselves. Best part is: They get sick,injured,anal-grabed by tiger and just go suicide. Group skills dont work, they immitate some useless behavior but cant craft wooden sticks or any more than two-step skills.
Climbing is buggy and also extremely slow – hence the long arms dont help.
