   Hello, I have a question and would be happy to get an answer from someone who knows.

   Can you download the DLC from the game here and then add it to the main game on Steam?
   If so, how exactly does it work?
   I’ve tried it before. i´ve copy the DLC to the game direcory, but I can’t get to a city whose DLC I don’t officially have in Steam
   .
