   Tried it for a bit, while the concept and the plot is interesting I mean 711 invasion of Spain from the muslims is very good topic and your character being a simple commoner caught in that is awesome, the graphics and gameplay is a big problem, it’s like a game made 20 years ago, for example: voice acting but no characters opens their mouth to speak, combat is also clingy, and there are ton of bugs. It’s C- from me

   loool, i am always open with indi games, but if you want to do a historic game than at least try to learn about the story.
   Al Andalus was a free state (calif) where the woman could go to school, and academic work was prioritize, thats why the best medicine in europa, also mathematics (the number 0 for example) came from Al Andalus (South Spain).
   While in the Visigoths Zones, the woman was not more worth than a horse (Marriage price).
   Sad, but this kind of games can ruin the intelectual knowledge of youngsters, who cant seperate fiction with based on a true story.
   Also if its set in 711, than why is the Architecture fro 1350?
   Anyway… this is just my small contribution.

     Lol all that you said is just pseudo-history. Sorry Ahmeed, the actual history was completely different. Non-muslim women were sold in the market as slaves, especially to brothels and as sex-slaves, the Visigoths before them had massive efforts to stop slavery By the time of Al-Andalus, europeans were already using arabic numerals for hundreds of years, including zero. As to the “best medicine” and mathematics, that was completely based on the fact that they had books in aramaic, egyptian. greek and latin that were lost and were now newly discovered in territories islam took over and translated, their greatest addition was simply translating knowledge they didn’t create. Sure there was peace, if you consider christians being at best second-class citizens and at worst a slave class. Fucking ignoramuses like you run their mouth without any actual study in that history.

     Nah. Women were sold as slaves in the market in Al-Andalus, Christians were at best second-class citizens, or slaves, the Visigoths on the other hand had extensive efforts to stop slavery. The medicine and mathematics were just translations from texts in Aramaic, Egyptian, Greek and Latin, from texts written before the Islamic empires. Arabic numerals aren’t even Arabic, they are Egyptian(oldest source) or Indian. I guess you can fantasize about an Islamic utopia that never was anything close to being one.

   Don’t bother downloading. It’s totally clunky and unintuitive, with stupid puzzles and graphics coming straight from the early 2000’s. In fact, when I saw it’s developed in cooperation with the government of Spain and the European Union, I knew it would be a total failure. Played 30′ and deleted it from computer.

   Soy español y me da verguenza ver esto. Los moros en andalucia no hacian esta arquitectura. Los tejados eran planos “no llueve”, habia columnas, bobedas,. No se usaba madera, sino piedra, barro, arcilla.
   Tampoco iban con atuendos de pelo de oso, pues hace 40 grados de temperatura.
   No hay robles, ni castaños, ni esa vegetacion. Un desproposito.

   I’m Spanish and I’m embarrassed to see this. The Moors in Andalusia did not do this architecture. The roofs were flat “it doesn’t rain”, there were columns, bobedas. Wood was not used, but stone, mud, clay.
   Nor did they go with bear hair outfits, because the temperature is 40 degrees.
   There are no oaks, or chestnut trees, or that vegetation. A nonsense.
