Upin install the game with your windows security off, after make an exclusion in or with windows security of the file game after the game is installed.
After that you can turn back your windows security on.
It should work, if not, launch the game in administrator ( righ click on the tumbnail of the game, you will see the option) and it should work.

With such a name game has interest to be adorable lol.
