I launch the game and nothing happens, even in compatibility mode
Working for me after some tinkering with the anti cheat you forced to instal drop crack where it shud be amd it works.
If you’re stuck at the press esc part try closing the game then running it as administrator.

Good luck getting a UPLAY game to work. UPLAY has a block on cracked games as of June 2018.
when u download torrent and open instaled .iso there is folder “Crack” all in this folder copy to game folder
