For everyone who is having trouble with the “some stupid shit happened” message.
follow this:
rightclick the Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist folder
Go to Properties
Go to Security
Click on Edit
Allow the access on Admin & Users (if that doesn’t work just put every thing in there with full access)
Start the game
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer try reinstalling the game. I already uninstall the microsoft visual 2015 and reinstall but nothing happens it`s still the popping up help 🙂

can anyone please say what’s the difference between this version and the one posted on 6 December? I have the 3DM version and it works, although may need the dxcpl emulator. the problem with dxcpl is that the games run veerryy sllooww. Is there any way to improve performance? I have a dual core 2.2 cpu with nvidia gforce 105 m

Just hold down the enter-button when this error pop’s up. Within 5 seconds you’re in the game. This “workaround” is no joke ;D

Just hold ENTER when the message pops up. It will launch the game.
Look, I love the work of you guys, I never ever saw any game with virus, but my anti-virus ESET Smart Security has detected an archive similar to Trojan in the Steam_Api64.dll file and this anti-virus is very trustworthy so I hesitated to keep it, If you guys can tell me why this is happening I would thank you a lot.

steam_api64.dll is a trojan apparentley according to Windows Defender. According to Malware Wiki it’s a trojan called Tiggre!rfn, installing a cryptominer on your computer.
