   Sorry for the idiot question, but ever since the beta launched there was alot of talk about 2.0 being this BIG update to the game and everything will be rainbows and sunshine when it launches. Wasn’t 2.0 supposed to be a DLC sized update, also given the fact that they planned to release split faction around this time too…

   First Expansion comes after version 3.0 and will introduce Split race

   While all of the above (free) updates may also contain new assets, we will bundle a lot of new ships, station modules, missions and new sectors into the first big expansion. Our rough timeline is to have an expansion based on introducing the Split race, their ships, a new Split economy and of course a large new area of space shortly after releasing 3.00
