1. Burn/Mount the image on a DVD/Virtual Drive.

Do any step, copy all files from Razor1911 to location installed then click on Dow2 but it’s Crash Report appear !

Guys it’s not working. I installed with Razor_1911 installer and at the end it gives a Crash Report from Rare… I tried to setup it with the regular Setup but it gives a Steam Key Need. What do I do? Did I have to search it from other site? =(
Games For Windows Live is the problem here…
Microsoft recently made it known that they weren’t going to completely bury the Games For Windows Live service, so Relic entertainment made an updated version of DoW2: Chose Rising that doesn’t rely on GFWL anymore, and that’s not the updated version 🙂
so dont wast your time downloading this version and lets hope that SKIDROW RELOADED does reload the updated version 😀

For all the guys who have a problem running the game on Windows 8.1 and are facing the crash issue, here is what I did after a little research:
I’m considering that you have installed the game and copied the contents of Razon1911 directory to the installation folder. Follow these steps post installation.
1. Uninstall any existing Windows LIVE installation.
2. Install a fresh copy of Windows LIVE (don’t click the ‘launch’ button at the end of the installation, and simply click Finish).
3. Download the rar file with 3 DLLs (7.45MB) from the below link and paste it in your game installation directory:

4. Run the game. Enjoy.! and please do continue to seed the game if it works.
