For me the loading times were crazy and waiting after ending turn took ages, no crashes but just slow. So this has all dlc from WH1 to play mortal empires?

When i start the launcher nothing happens, even when task manager see game as an activated program

Game is in English. Dont forget to copy Codex files in instaldir or check the option.
Fire wall had to be set up to block game internet access.
For my part i am experimenting stuck loading screen after fights ( pilots, game….??? dunno…)

How do i apply the dlc?
Hey guys, I think I have a solution to the whole ‘game not launching’ shenanigan.
I think the problem lies in the fact that the windows defender consider steamclient64.dll as a virus. I’m no tech wiz so I cant tell if windows defender is just throwing a hissyfit or not.
What I did was I re-copied everything in the CODEX folder into the game folder.
When windows defender detected it, I had it exempted.
I got a bad feeling that I have to recopy the CODEX files again and again every time I play, but atleast I was able to launch the game a second time

I tried turning windows defender on and off adding files to the exempted list but the game still just starts as a background process that drains 20% CPU power and does nothing.

Monster Hunter World crack is coming
Thank you for the upload. The game actually does not load fyi but it does appear in task manager. Disabled AV (everything). Recopied the crack. Tried to launch from the .exe and launcher and still does not load. I think it needs a fix, the Fitgirl pack works. Btw does this include the same content ? Multiplayer & DLC?
Normalement pour mettre en français, il faut éditer le fichier steam_emu.ini et il mettre french à la place de english, mais ça ne fonctionne pas avec tous les jeux. Celui ci en l’occurrence, ça ne marche pas. Tu peux aussi regarder sur TaductionJeux.com, mais il n’y a pas toujours de patch FR. Il n’y a plus qu’a attendre un éventuel Language pack.
J’avais oublié, il faut ensuite effacer les fichiers correspondants en anglais. Dans le patch il y a 3 fichiers, local_fr.pack, local_fr_2.pack et local_fr_gc.pack, et bien il faut supprimer local_en.pack, local_en_2.pack et local_en_gc.pack. Attention, il y a d’autre fichiers local_en qu’il ne faut pas effacer. Je pense que c’est parce que le jeu n’est pas entièrement traduit, ou alors c’est peut être les DLC.
Si quelqu’un à d’autre proposition concernant les fichiers local_en_bm.pack, local_en_br.pack, local_en_tk.pack et local_en_we.pack en fr, merci de nous en faire part.

I d like to add few hints from my experience :
Yesterday i started to play ( run as administrator, Steam turned off, Total War : Warhammer II box unchecked in the Windows Firewall ) and to have several freezed loading screens after real time batlles, even crashes after game launch.
Then i noticed ( i dunno why, the reason … ) Steam.exe*32 and steamwebhelper ( or something like that : programs Steam affiliated programs ) in the list of the active process after a CTRL+ALT+SUPR check.
I shutted off those Steam programs but problems still occured… then i rebooted PC, shutted down Steam ( Steam is runned at start on my computer ) then i checked the active process : no more Steam.exe*32 running …
And you know what ? After that ( and still run game as administrator, fire wall..) i played during hours without a crash, freeze or whatever annoying.
Only my 2 cents from my experience. i hope it will help…

@Anakron Completely disable all AV software! Recopy the crack or do a reinstall (with AV always disabled!). If the process still hangs in Task Manager, restart your pc. After restart, again, disable all AV and try running the game. Adding to the exceptions is also a good idea.
Same problem for me, the game won’t start the process just runs in the background.
j’ai trouvé un truc, mais, le modo n’a pas accepté mon message, cherche total war warhammer II the queen and the crone language pack. Il y avait un message entre les deux publié plus haut ou je donnais un lien, c’est ça qui a du bloquer. c’est sur télécharger jeux pc . fr. Et il faut suivre l’explication de mon second message.
To change the language, search Total war Warhammer II Language pack on Google. There is Deutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Korean, Brasilian.
After copying the patch files to the installation directory, delete those that match in English and keep only those that are in your language.

Who can’t play because the game doesn’t start, just try the Voksi crack, it worked for me.
Game just opens Steam store for me, I’m obviously doing something wrong I just don’t know what.
Having a similar issue to others, game does not load but appears in task manager. I’ve tried all manner of the following, combined: disabling all antivirus, manually applying the crack, restarting, reinstalling. Haven’t had Steam running at all either.
I did try installing the Fitgirl repack before this one, but I was running into an error with the crack (neither version was working, though the game WOULD load up; I could get as far as starting a campaign/battle but once the loading screen was done I would get a CTD) so I wanted to try the CODEX crack instead.
Pretty disappointed, I wanted to play Mortal Empires…
Wish i scrolled down, will have to wait for a new crack i suppose or can you please re-post the Voksi crack again. Seems like it’s not on the site anymore.

I did this : run the game with launcher and directX12(beta)
The game randomly crash after Manual Battle or load a save for me (only play mortal empire so far). Anyone having the same problem?

It seems that applying Voksi Patch on top of this version can fix my issue (Randomly Crash when load a save or after a Manual Battle). However the game sometime crash on startup but when it works, it works.

Go to your game folder
Right click on Warhammer2.exe then compatibility
UNSET administrators rights
Start your game again

Found the fix for the pos-manual battle crashes:
-Install the Festag update on a CLEAN(no crack aplied yet..) warhammer of the same version of this one.
-Install the DeltaT crack after the update is complete
Search FESTAG and DELTAT crack on google, you will find everything you need
